These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EMI Calculator – Loan, Profit & Tax app and website (the “App”), provided by Kpeworld Media Tech Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides calculators for estimating loan EMIs, interest, profit, and tax. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All results produced by the App are estimates for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The App does not manage, hold, transfer, or control any money or financial accounts.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that calculations are error-free or suitable for any particular decision. Actual figures from banks, lenders, or tax authorities may differ. You are responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdMob. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that advertising partners may collect and use data, including your device identifier and approximate location, to serve and measure ads. Where required, we request your consent before showing personalised ads. You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings. Your use of advertising and related data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications (delivered via OneSignal) about updates, features, and relevant information. You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications for the App in your device settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
